I remember hearing a 20/20 report about how young kids were "sexting". Which I'm sure most of the PCL fam knows what that is, but just in case you don't know. It's basically sending sexual images via text message, IM, or BBM or Chat via PC.Now, I think that "sexting" can be done by mature adults, but I think that people are forgetting that there are rules to every game. Things can work out great when you know what to do and how to do it. I know adults who have participated in sexting and I have also participated in this "game". I have sent and received but I am smart about it and so are the people who send it to me. But I've also noticed that there are a lot of people who are going about it the wrong way.
The #1 rule for sexting is to NEVER send a sexy pic with your face in it. The reason for this is because you can't control what people do with it once they have it. They can show their friends, post it on the Internet, someone might loose their phone and the person who finds it can do whatever they choose with that sexually sexy photo of you. Or worse, it might be a set up by your mate to see if you would send a stranger or someone you just met online, those types of pics.
Rule #2 is to not show any body art (tattoos) that can be linked back to you or allow someone who doesn't know you identify you.
Rule #3, remember to delete these images out of your phone or off of your computer if you are supposed to be in a relationship with someone else, but you're receiving sexting messages from another person.
If you can follow those rules, you should be good.
